Tony Senese received the Ruben Bergman Award at the HDP Member Meeting in March 2026, becoming the sixth recipient since the award’s establishment twelve years ago. Notably, Tony met eight of the ten criteria for this prestigious award, demonstrating exceptional breadth of contribution. The Ruben Bergman Award recognizes members who have made substantial impact through project participation, HDP promotion, guidance within their companies, and general leadership among members.

Tony has actively participated in nearly every HDP project in recent years and has chaired several, including one currently underway, while being a familiar face at every in-person meeting and recently hosting one. He is always eager to speak up during projects, step in for unavailable project leaders, and represent HDP at external events.

Tony serves as an HDP champion within Panasonic, leveraging his role as a key contact to deepen and broaden project involvement. As a dedicated member of the HDP Board of Directors, who previously served as Chairperson, Tony’s leadership has been instrumental in HDP’s growth.
