SUMMARY:HDP March 2026 Annual Member Meeting

As part of this effort\, and to encourage the development of more high‑quality projects\, we are introducing a new interactive workshop at the March Member Meeting. \nThe purpose of this workshop is to provide a structured forum for members to share pressing challenges and propose potential projects to address them. Through facilitated collaboration\, participants will have the opportunity to generate a set of project ideas aligned with shared business needs. \nWorkshop Details \n\nDate: March 4\nFormat: Two sessions held before and after lunch\n\nDuring the first session\, participants will be divided into four groups to discuss key challenges and potential project ideas. Each group will be supported by a designated team leader\, facilitator\, and scribe. \nIn the second session\, team leaders will present a summary of their group’s discussion to all attendees. \nParticipants are asked to come prepared to share the challenges they are currently facing—whether individual\, organizational\, or industry‑wide. Issues that concern one member are often experienced by others\, making this a valuable opportunity for collective project planning. \n
